Hose:Flexible metal hoses are high resistant to temperature and pressure, easy to install because of flexible design and has longer life time because of its resistance to corosion. Flexible metal hoses can be prefered rather than rigid piping because of easily bending, so can be saved extra material and labor cost. It is safe to use where vibration and hard liquids because of its flexible form and stainless steel material. Flexible metal hoses can be reinforced by using extra braiding to ensure to work in high pressure and temperature. Braided metal hoses is being used for connection where there is a high temperature and high pressure in the system. Depends on flow media, pressure, connection type and amount of movement; the number of convolution, the number of wires and braiding is selected.

Expansion Joint:Axial expansion joints absorb expansion laterally, caused by the thermal difference of the media inside the pipeline. The pipeline system is divided into several parts and axial expansion joints are installed along the pipeline according to calculations of expansion. Axial expansion joints are designed to absorb lateral movement 30mm and 60mm. Also, it is possible to produce for absorbtion of other movements based on the calculations for different pipelines. The main part of axial expansion joints is stainless steel corrugated bellow. For different requirement there are additional parts such as inner sleeve, tie-rods, cover he wall thickness of bellow, number of piles and additional parts of expansion joints are designed according to temperature, pressure and media of pipeline.

Level Control:Magnetic level gauges can be installed to tanks where it is required to check the level of liquid. When the level of liquid gets high and down; the liquid inside the tube is also gets high and down. This movement of liquid provides the alluminium magnetic flappers to turn around. The magnetic flappers has 2 different colors which shows the level of liquid inside the tank perfectly. When le level is getting high magnetic flappers are red, when the level is getting down it is white. Level gauges for boilers, with alluminium flappers are being used in boilers for high temperature and high pressure liquids.

Steam Trap:HSK-20 discharges condansate continuously and used in conditions of prompt condensate discharge is required. Firstly air in the system is discharged by thermostatic air vent and it which is closed after operating by steam. When the condansate pass through inlet of steam trap, ball float is activated and provides main valve open. As soon as condansate discharged, steam arrives to steam trap and turns off the main valve.
